REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from Motion To Revenue, operated by WHG: Wealth & Health Game LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”).By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Full Refund Eligibility (Before Production Begins)

If a Client chooses to cancel their project before production begins, a full refund may be issued.
Production is considered to begin once the scriptwriting stage has commenced.

No Refunds After Production Begins

Once scriptwriting has started, production is officially underway.
From that point forward:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • No partial refunds will be issued

  • No exceptions will be made

This policy reflects the allocation of production resources, creative labor, and team costs that begin immediately upon script development.

Revision-Based Satisfaction Process

Each package includes two revision rounds at each stage of production:

  • Script

  • Storyboard

  • Voiceover

  • Animation


If a Client is not satisfied within the defined project scope, we will provide the included revisions to resolve reasonable concerns.
Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur additional fees.

Project Termination

If a Client chooses to terminate a project after production has commenced:

  • All amounts paid are non-refundable

  • The project will be considered closed

  • No further deliverables will be provided

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved (prior to production beginning):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Funds will be returned via the original payment method

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after production has commenced.
If a chargeback is initiated in violation of this policy, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Suspend all work

  • Provide documentation to the payment processor

  • Pursue recovery of fees and associated costs

This policy is designed to protect both parties while maintaining a structured and professional production workflow.
