These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Motion To Revenue, a brand operated by WHG: Wealth & Health Game LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing services from Motion To Revenue, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

Motion To Revenue provides animated video production services including:

Scriptwriting
Storyboarding
Professional voiceover
Animation production
Revisions within agreed scope

We do not provide marketing strategy consulting, performance guarantees, or campaign management unless expressly agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront before production begins.
No production work will commence until payment has been received and confirmed.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

Production Process

Our structured workflow includes:

Project Questionnaire
Scriptwriting
Storyboard Creation
Voiceover Production
Animation Production
Revisions & Final Delivery

Client approval is required at designated milestone stages. Delays in approvals may extend delivery timelines.
Estimated timelines (4–8 weeks or more depending on complexity) are not guaranteed and may vary based on project scope.

Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds within scope.

Revisions are limited to:

Script adjustments within original concept
Visual refinements within approved storyboard
Minor changes during animation stage

Revisions do not include:

Complete script rewrites
Change of core concept
Major structural changes after approval

Additional revisions outside scope may incur additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate information during onboarding
Submit required assets in a timely manner
Approve or request revisions within a reasonable timeframe
Ensure all provided materials are legally owned or licensed

Delays caused by the Client may extend project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and final delivery:

The Client receives full usage rights to the completed final video.
The Company retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Raw files and editable source files are not included unless explicitly stated.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy page.

In summary:

No refunds once production has commenced.
Refund eligibility exists only prior to scriptwriting initiation.

No Performance Guarantees

While animated videos may improve clarity and engagement, we do not guarantee:

Increased sales
Conversion rate improvements
Revenue outcomes
Advertising performance

Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including traffic quality, offer strength, and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WHG: Wealth & Health Game LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet disruptions, third-party service outages, or acts of government.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Wyoming.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above.
